"Morgan's nursing background and strength training expertise are the perfect match for my needs.
A car accident left me depressed with a lot of pain and extra weight. Since working with Morgan, I have (finally) been able to stabilize my back and get back to my love of running-not just running, but running well. Yesterday I completed my fourth 5k since the wreck and it was the best one yet.
I highly recommend training with Morgan to anyone who is serious about their health. Not there dress size or personal lifting records, but their wellness. Even though she kicks my butt, I look forward to every session!"
