ABOUT THE TRAINER
RN Degree in Nursing
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certified Personal Trainer, NFPT
National Figure Competitor
Since the age of 16, I have shown a passion for taking care of others. As a Junior in high school, I became a Certified Nursing Assistant, CPR instructor, and worked in the local nursing home in my hometown. From that point, I began an 18-year nursing career working in settings such as long-term care, hospice, home health, ObGyn, orthopedic/surgical care, progressive/critical care, and plastic surgery conscious sedation nurse.
I am the proud mother of two girls. My children were my motivation for weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. I have always enjoyed moderate exercise, particularly yoga, soccer, and hiking. However, it wasn't until after the birth of my second daughter that I began to embrace my passion for resistance training. Along with my new appreciation of resistance training, I gained expertise in nutrition and lifestyle modification. In April 2016, I competed in my first national qualifying figure competition at the Emerald Cup.
I am enthusiastic to combine my medical background with my passion for exercise science, nutrition, and lifestyle modification.
I am ambitious to work with those that are ready to say goodbye to chronic illness, reshape their body and increase metabolism. As well as reduce or eliminate the need for medication, increase bone density, improve HDL levels, stabilize blood glucose levels and restore overall health and vitality. If this might be you please contact me today. I have designed safe and individual programs for all even those without previous fitness experience or physical limitations.
My program consists of one-on-one and group training with an emphasis in health care.

"Morgan's nursing background and strength training expertise are the perfect match for my needs.
A car accident left me depressed with a lot of pain and extra weight. Since working with Morgan, I have (finally) been able to stabilize my back and get back to my love of running-not just running, but running well. Yesterday I completed my fourth 5k since the wreck and it was the best one yet.
I highly recommend training with Morgan to anyone who is serious about their health. Not there dress size or personal lifting records, but their wellness. Even though she kicks my butt, I look forward to every session!"

"I LOVE working out with Morgan! She has pushed me, taught me better form and encourages me every step of the way. Even though I only see her three times a week she creates at home workouts and a meal plan for me. Morgan has many years of experience as a nurse and brings that background into her fitness profession. She understands the body and I recommend her to everyone! She is helping me fall in love with working out again:)"

"Morgan and I have been working out together for over a year now and in that time we have worked together to get into the best shape of our lives. Morgan always has a plan and excellent execution. She's incredibly motivating and realistic to when it comes to limitations and the need to take appropriate rest breaks. Morgan is a trainer who always has your best at heart but will push you to give it your all and will always believe in you even if sometimes you don't believe in yourself. She's a foodie who provides creative nutrition plans to ensure you stay fueled, satisfied and seeing results. And on top of it all, she's a humble, inspiring, hard working entrepreneur, mother and wife. Let this woman transform you! You'll make a new friend while you're at it."
